June 1 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Paul Gordon reports on Hong Kong government efforts to cool its property market and clamp down on marketing practices it has criticized as deceptive. Hong Kong's home prices have jumped 41 percent since the end of 2008. The government pledged May 12 to keep boosting land supply as it tries to ease concerns a real estate bubble is forming. Jim Rogers on Japanese television
On a special interview for the Japanese television the famous investor Mr. Jim Rogers said that the Euro probably will disappear... and because the Gold has reached highest prices a good investment will be the Silver that has not reached the top prices...
Japan still hanging around, big fact Japan is not far away from Europe countries, Japan with a bigger debt than Europe is only surviving because 90% investments are put inside Japan... if the investors decide to put their money outside Japan, the situation can change a lot. Watching the market from the last 2 months where a new commercial year started is easy to feel how fragile the Japanese yen is today... stable now? yes, tomorrow???
I think the big problem in Japan is not an economic problem but much more a direction problem, people related to politics are too old with old ideas, fighting for things not so important, I'm not even talking about the corruption that still hidden for the dumb eyes..
